The values and standards that guide how we work — with our customers, our employees, our suppliers and the community around us.
This Code sets out the principles we apply to our daily work — manufacturing precision components and serving customers worldwide. It applies to everyone working at CNC Machining TR: our engineers, machinists, quality team, management and the suppliers we partner with. It reflects the management-system standards we are independently audited against (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and others) and the values we expect of ourselves regardless of certification.
These principles guide everyday decisions — from how we quote a job to how we treat each other on the shop floor.
We are honest about our capabilities, our lead times and our pricing. We do not over-promise to win work, and we communicate openly if a project requires capabilities outside our scope.
Every component is manufactured to the drawing. Documented procedures, calibrated equipment and traceable materials apply to every order — from a single prototype to a recurring production run.
We treat our colleagues, customers and suppliers with respect. Discrimination, harassment and unsafe working conditions have no place in our workshop or office.
We follow ISO 45001 occupational health and safety practices. Personal protective equipment, machine guarding, hazard reporting and continual training are non-negotiable.
Aligned with ISO 14001, we minimise waste, segregate scrap and process fluids responsibly, and continually look for ways to reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
Customer drawings, specifications and intellectual property are treated as confidential. We do not share, reuse or disclose customer information outside the scope of the order.
Specific commitments we make to our customers, our people, our suppliers and our community.
If you believe any aspect of this Code is not being upheld — whether you are a customer, an employee, a supplier or a third party — we want to hear from you. Concerns can be raised in good faith without fear of retaliation.
All reports are reviewed by management. Where possible, we maintain the confidentiality of the person raising the concern.
